As hopefully all of you know, the RNC was held last week. What you might not know is that the convention turned St. Paul into a police state. There were snipers on the rooftop (even church rooftops), cops in full riot gear, bicycle cops with gas masks, rubber bullets, percussion grenades, tear gas launchers, and bean bag guns. There might be some points I missed, but you get the picture. In spite of the police state we decided to show them how a society that is truly free should act with a march through the streets after going through the proper paperwork. These peaceful marches quickly turned into chaos when terrorists attacked the peaceful assembly with multiple weapons. They fired rubber bullets and had access to chemical weapons. These terrorists dressed in black and wore masks to prevent their identity from being found out, here are a few pictures of the terrorists I managed to snap.

Not all concealed their identity, here is a photo of one that had his face revealed

The terrorists pictured attacked anyone with a camera to make sure only they could document the events that transpired after their arrival. Anyone with photography equipment were targets, one photographer had his camera shot out of his hand by a tear gas launcher pointed directly at his camera. The war on terror wasn't specific enough, the Bush Administration should of dubbed this war, "The War on the Lack of Domestic Terrorists".

Thank you echelon for reading my post and sending off a red flag.

If you want to know more about the events of last week let me know and I will write a more in depth writeup, or you can check out http://tc.indymedia.org/.

Those photographs are...phenomenal. I really think you should consider freelance photo journalism. I am glad that you are okay, do call or e-mail with more details. Those pigs are fucking disgusting!

i hate to say it but this type of shit is compleatly necessary. there is nothing to stop the majority of people from ruining their own lives then the threat of violence and the illusion that it hurts enough to stop doing stupid shit.

Hey Ross, it does hurt and I still have a giant bruise on my leg. I need freedom, I need to be able to ride my bike without getting questioned about why I am riding my bike, ,where I am going, where I was coming from, or if I heard of so and so.

the truth is on a mass scale, there is something more important then the need to act without objection from authority- people need someone to tell them what is acceptable in how they behave and what isnt, and unfortunately people dont care about hell enough to stop so they have to be beaten to correct them selves, and i agree that the truth is that violence is the last resort of a simpleton, but only as a means to control idiots. if people were as smart as you assume there would be no need for a beating of protesters at the RNC, infact there would probably not be a RNC.
